Terms of service

What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

You cannot call emergency numbers

Read this part first. CallWebCom does not connect you to 112, 113, 118, 911 or any other emergency number. It never will.

This service works over the internet. It does not know where you are, so it cannot route your call to the emergency service near you. If you need help, use a mobile phone or a landline.

Keep another way of calling emergency services available at all times. Do not rely on this service for it. The network operator behind the service excludes emergency calls expressly as well.

Who we are, and who does what

CallWebCom is a service of Shazark Srl, VAT number IT12620720966, share capital €10,000 fully paid up. Your contract is with us: we sell you the credit, we take the payment, we issue the invoice, and we answer you when something goes wrong.

Calls travel over the network of Dellmont B.V., PO Box 368, 2130 AJ Hoofddorp, Paesi Bassi (reg. 73623806), whose reseller we are. Coverage, connection quality and the technical rules of the service depend on them.

This means two things. First: for any problem, write to us, not to them — we do not send you elsewhere. Second: some features of the service are not ours to decide, and where that is the case we say so plainly instead of promising you things we cannot deliver.

What the service is

CallWebCom lets you call phone numbers abroad over the internet, paying in advance. You install a calling app on your phone or computer, sign in with the calling number we create for you, and call.

It is not a telephone line and it does not replace one. It has no number that people can call you on, and it needs a working internet connection to do anything at all.

Call quality depends on your connection and on the networks that carry the call to its destination. On a slow or unstable network, calls may break up or fail. That part is outside our control, and we do not promise a quality we cannot deliver.

Your account

To sign up we need an email address, a password and your billing details. Then we send you a link: until you open it, the account does not exist and it is as if you had never signed up. The link lasts three days and you can ask for another one whenever you like.

When you sign up we create a calling number for you. It looks like name1234*callwebcom and works like the number printed on a SIM card: you did not choose it, and you do not need to remember it — it is always on your account page.

There are two passwords, and they are different on purpose. The one you choose opens your account page on this site. The one for calling is generated by us, long and random, and you will find it on your account page: it is only for the app. If you change the first, the second stays as it is and your phone keeps working.

Anyone who knows the calling password can call at your expense, so keep it to yourself. If you think someone else knows it, write to us and we will issue a new one.

You are responsible for calls made from your account. If we can see that calls were not made by you, we will not leave you with the cost.

The service is for people aged 18 or over.

Your credit

You pay before you call. What you pay becomes credit on your account, and each call reduces it according to the rate for the country you are calling.

Credit does not expire. It stays on your account until you use it, with no time limit and no maximum.

Credit is personal. It cannot be transferred to another account, sold, or used to resell the service to other people.

When your credit runs out, calls stop. Nothing is charged to you beyond the credit you bought: there is no bill, no subscription, and no automatic renewal.

Prices, VAT and invoicing

The amounts shown when you top up include VAT. Next to each amount we show both the credit you receive and the total you pay, so there are no surprises.

For every top-up we issue an electronic invoice, as Italian law requires. That is why we ask for your codice fiscale if you are a private person, or your VAT number and your SDI recipient code or PEC address if you are a company: without those details the invoice cannot be issued or delivered.

If your details change, update them before your next top-up: an invoice already issued cannot be corrected with a click.

For telecommunication services sold to a consumer, VAT is applied according to the rules of the country where the consumer lives. That is why we ask for your country when you sign up. The rate applied is always shown on the invoice.

Call rates per country are shown before you buy. Rates can change: when they do, the change applies to calls made after it, never to credit you have already used.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe on their own secure page. We never see your card number and we do not store it.

Credit is added to your account after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. With some payment methods the confirmation arrives later, and in that case the credit arrives when the confirmation does.

If it takes longer than expected, your payment is still safe: the credit arrives on its own, and we write to you if anything goes wrong. Nobody pays without getting their credit.

If credit cannot be delivered for any reason, we refund the payment in full to the same payment method.

Changing your mind, and refunds

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason. For unused credit this applies fully: write to info@callwebcom.com within 14 days of the top-up and we refund it.

Once you start calling, you are asking us to begin providing the service immediately. From that moment the right of withdrawal no longer covers the credit you have used, but any credit you have not used remains refundable.

Beyond 14 days we offer you more anyway. Unused credit bought by card can be refunded within 90 days of the purchase, by writing to us. It is the same guarantee the network operator offers upstream, and we see no reason to give you less.

Refunds are made to the same payment method you bought with.

Fair use

The service is meant for the calls of one person or one business. The network that carries the calls has a fair use policy, with limits on the number and duration of calls: it exists so the service stays available to everyone. Under normal use you will not notice it.

Do not use the service to harass, threaten, defraud or deceive anyone, and do not use it for unsolicited automated calling.

Do not resell the service, share one account among many people, or use it to carry traffic that is not your own.

Do not try to break, overload or work around the technical limits of the service, and do not pretend to be someone else.

If use falls into these cases, we may apply different rates to subsequent calls, limit the service, or close the account. We tell you when it happens, and we explain why.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend an account if we see calling patterns that look like fraud or abuse, if a payment is disputed, or if the law requires it. When we do, we tell you why and how to sort it out.

You can close your account whenever you want by writing to info@callwebcom.com. We refund unused credit unless it was already spent or refunded.

If we close your account and you have done nothing wrong, we refund your unused credit in full.

Our responsibility

We do our best to keep the service working, but we cannot promise it never stops. Internet connections fail, and so do the networks that carry your calls to their destination.

We are responsible for what we do wrong, up to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence, or anything else that the law does not allow us to limit — and nothing here takes away rights that consumer law gives you.

We are not responsible for the content of your conversations: we do not know it and we cannot know it.

Your personal data

How we handle your data is explained in the privacy notice, which is part of these terms.

Complaints, changes, and the law

If something goes wrong, write to info@callwebcom.com. We answer every complaint, and we aim to do it within 30 days.

If we cannot sort it out between us, you can use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, or go to the court where you live.

We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can close your account and get your unused credit back if you do not accept it.

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law of the country you live in.
